The role includes training teammates, maintaining inventory records, and supporting packaging and shipping operations. Compensation is hourly ($16.00–$19.92) with benefits; candidates should have basic warehouse knowledge and tools handling experience.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of warehouse layout and stock handling procedures.
• Able to stock, move, arrange, and rotate items per operating instructions.
• Ability to train and mentor new/existing employees to improve productivity.

Responsibilities

• Feed, remove, adjust, jog, and stack printed sheets, signatures, labels or other in-process product.
• Load/unload materials onto pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Load materials into trucks and secure with strapping or padding to prevent damage.
• Move materials from storage to designated areas using hand trucks or electric devices.
• Record quantities moved on daily production sheets and label materials accordingly.
• Attach tags/labels and mark information on containers.
• Assist with bundling materials and operating light automated equipment as needed.
• Mentor new and existing staff to reinforce company policies and best practices.
