Job summary

O'Neal Manufacturing Services in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Material Handler I for the 3rd shift. Primary duties include safety compliance, shipping/receiving, inventory placement, and moving materials using forklifts and cranes.

You'll work Mon-Fri 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM with a $1.50 shift differential and a focus on accurate material handling. A high school diploma, strong attention to detail, and ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes safely; certifications as needed.
• Experience with measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers).
• Ability to read simple blueprints and follow instructions.
• English proficiency for speaking, reading, and writing.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Safety commitment and adherence to all safety policies and procedures.
• Receive inbound inventory and verify accuracy; store materials in designated locations.
• Pull inventory to fulfill customer orders; load materials for outbound shipments.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, and cranes to move materials within the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area; follow quality processes.
