Job summary

O'Neal Manufacturing Services is seeking a Warehouse Operator I for our Greensboro, NC facility. The role is full-time, on-site, with second shift hours (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) and a pay range of $16.00 to $18.50 per hour, plus a $1 shift differential. Weekly pay is provided.

Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and pulling inventory to fulfill customer orders, loading outbound shipments, operating forklifts and cranes, and preserving a safe, clean work environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic safety awareness and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Proficiency with a variety of hand tools.
• Ability to read and interpret simple blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound inventory and verify accuracy.
• Place materials into designated storage locations.
• Pull inventory from storage to fulfill customer orders.
• Load materials onto trucks and trailers for outbound shipments.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, cranes, and other handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety criteria.
