Job summary

Toshiba America Business Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Material Handler I for 1st shift in our Horn Lake, MS distribution center. Responsibilities include moving materials, loading/unloading freight, and operating forklifts and scanners to maintain accurate inventory records.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, English fluency, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior forklift experience (3–6 months) and basic warehouse systems knowledge are preferred. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in the material handling function.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Working knowledge of computerized warehouse systems.
• Clamp experience is preferred.
• 3–6 months forklift operation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Move materials within division, plant, or warehouse.
• Load and unload freight safely.
• Operate forklifts, hand trucks, scanners, and computer terminals.
• Verify incoming material against documents.
• Maintain inventory records in the computer system.
• Assemble, pack, pick, and kit materials.
• Perform counts for inventory accuracy.
• Ensure proper stock rotation.
• Move materials to storage areas and keep areas clean.
• Follow safety rules and security procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
