Job summary

  • Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Able to effectively work with people in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Properly package parts to prevent damage during handling.
  • Label product when necessary utilizing PI-400.
  • Inventory items as required.
  • Be proficient in identifying the component parts.
  • Understand part numbers and be able to read them.
  • Be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail oriented. Good judgment to comply with instructions and standard procedures, methods or practices.
  • Transport material on tugger route to keep laser, staking, and cells operating.
  • Prioritize to meet assembly needs based on workload at cells.
  • Safely operate lift truck or use hand truck to move shipments from receiving to storage or work area.
  • Transport material as necessary to keep cells operating.
  • 5S work area daily.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader.

Job description

  • Be able to prioritize to meet assembly needs based on amount of work at cells.
  • Safely operate lift truck or use hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from receiving platform to storage or work area.
  • Transport material as necessary to keep cells operating.
  • 5S work area on a daily basis.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by Supervisor or Team Leader.

Physical Requirements
  • Moderate physical effort consisting of:
