Job summary

IGT is seeking a warehouse associate to efficiently pick, pack, and process orders on-site in Reno, NV. The role supports inventory control, material handling, and safe operations in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to work in a team with attention to detail, safety, and reliability. The position offers a range of benefits and a starting pay between $16 and $21 per hour, with room for growth.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Basic communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to stand and work on your feet for 8–10 hours per shift.
  • Able to lift and move materials safely and work in a loud warehouse.
  • Willingness to work at elevated heights when required.

Responsibilities

  • Pick, pack, and sort materials, products, and orders accurately.
  • Move inventory and materials throughout the warehouse as needed.
  • Verify items and quantities against work orders and packing lists.
  • Prepare products for shipment according to established procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist with inventory control and material handling activities as assigned.
  • Perform other duties to support warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
  • Pick, pack, and sort materials, products, and orders accurately.

The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $16/hr– $21/hrUSD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary.

Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
