Job summary

IGT is seeking an Assembler II in Reno, NV to work in the Slot Machine, Sub Assembly, Used Manufacturing, or Lottery production areas. You will learn and build various products while using hand and power tools, computers, and standing for full shifts, with occasional bending and lifting.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, strong English communication, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Overtime and weekend work may be necessary.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to stand and remain on your feet for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
  • Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Basic computer skills, including the ability to review build requirements and complete job documentation.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow manufacturing processes, work instructions, and assembly specifications.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a security background investigation.
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed.
  • Flexibility to work weekends when required.

At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including skills, experience, education, and geographic location. These factors may result in variation in starting pay. The estimated starting compensation range for this role is $15/hr– $21/hr USD, based on a good-faith assessment at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary. IGT complies with all applicable pay transparency and compensation laws and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is one component of IGT’s total rewards program. Depending on the role, employees may be eligible for bonus or commission opportunities.
