Job summary

Caterpillar is seeking a Material Handler I for our Midland, TX site. The role focuses on safely loading, unloading, and moving materials within the warehouse and near-site areas.

You will unload deliveries, stock inventory, and assist with order processing and cycle counts while following standard work and risk assessments. Qualified candidates typically have 3–6 months of related experience, forklift readiness (certification within 30 days), and the ability to operate a handheld scanner and
