Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of shipping and/or receiving experience.

• Inventory experience is preferred.
• Experience maintaining a safe and organized work area following 5S principles.

Responsibilities

# **Material Handler - Outside Transportation****Location:** Caterpillar Manufacturing Facility – South Milwaukee, WI**Sign-On & Retention Bonus:** Up to $2,000**Shift:** 2nd Shift (3pm to 11pm)**Hourly Pay:*** Step 1: $23.72* Step 2: $24.21* Step 3: $24.71* **Shift Premium:** +$1.00/hr for 2nd shift**Job Summary**As a Material Handler, for our Outside Transportation, at Caterpillar South Milwaukee, you will play a critical role in supporting production and logistics operations. This position is responsible for safely receiving, staging, loading, and transporting materials while ensuring accuracy in documentation and inventory processes.
