Caterpillar is seeking a Shipping Clerk I at our Fort Worth distribution center. The role supports the section manager, coordinates workflow, and oversees day-to-day operations while promoting teamwork and accuracy.

You will handle order filling, packing, and shipping tasks, operating equipment and ensuring precise records. This position requires reliable attendance and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED, or 6 months to 1 year of related experience.
• Previous distribution center, warehouse and/or order filling experience.
• Knowledge of parts systems, procedures, and operation.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; good attendance.
• Computer literate; good written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Order filling, processing, storing/picking of parts, materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Operating automated packaging equipment, paint line operation, shipping and receiving.
• Schedule outbound loads; coordinate with logistics and external carriers to set up expedited shipments.
• Ensure accurate counts are recorded prior to any movements into or out of the finished goods inventory.
• Counts, weighs, and records number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet.
