Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is a leading manufacturer of exterior building products in North America. This 2nd shift position runs from 3:30 pm to 2:00 am with overtime as designated. Base pay starts at $19.50 plus a $1 differential.

You will move materials, issue and stock production lines, perform cycle counts, pick and load finished goods, and operate forklifts safely. SAP experience is preferred; strong communication, attention to detail, and basic computer skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand shipping and packing lists, etc.
• Must have adequate computer skills to comprehend and operate related automated systems
• Strong attention to detail including accurate cycle counting skills
• Heavy lifting, driving a forklift and handling pallet jacks

Responsibilities

• Move materials properly throughout the facility.
• Issue and stock production lines accurately.
• Cycle count raw materials as required.
• Pick and load finished goods correctly.
• Ensure finished goods are loaded and handled with care.
• Ensure manufacturing loads are accurate and properly combined.
• Weigh and prepare scrap material for pickup.
• Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
• Perform other related duties as assigned

JOB DETAILS

Base Pay starts at $19.50 + 1

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• · Responsible for proper movement of all materials
• · Accurate issuing and stocking of production lines
• · Cycle counting of raw materials as required
• · Proper picking and loading of finished goods
• · Assures finished goods are accurately loaded and handled with care
• · Assures manufacturing loads are accurate and properly combined
• · Assures scrap material is properly weighed and prepared for pick up
• · Safe operation of forklifts, electric pallet jacks, etc.
• · Other related duties as assigned
