Logic Staffing is seeking a Material Handler (Heavy Hands) to support a top distribution center in Sumner, WA. This is not entry-level; candidates must have experience with heavy products and material handling, with overtime opportunities.

Position offers a full-time contract role at a fixed pay rate of $19/hour, Monday–Friday 6:00am–3:30pm plus mandatory Saturdays 6:00am–2:30pm. Benefits after 30 days and weekly pay are included.

• Must have experience with heavy products and material handling.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Overtime availability required.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload product throughout the shift.
• Build and break down cardboard boxes.
• Assist with shipping and receiving.
• Stock and move heavy materials.
• Work with conveyor belts.
• Follow order instructions accurately.
• Maintain a fast pace and sense of urgency at all times.

Job Description:

1. Load and unload product throughout the shift.
2. Build and break down cardboard boxes.
3. Assist with shipping and receiving.
4. Stock and move heavy materials.
5. Work with conveyor belts.
6. Follow order instructions accurately.
7. Maintain a fast pace and sense of urgency at all times.

Position Requirements:

1. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly throughout the day.
2. Comfortable lifting overhead, below waist level, and carrying heavy items.
3. Able to stand, bend, twist, and perform manual labor for 8-10 hours per shift.
4. Available for overtime, including extended shifts when needed.
5. Reliable transportation required.
6. Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
