Job summary
SPX Technologies is seeking a Material Handler 1 in Orlando, FL to support shop orders, shipping/receiving, and inventory control in a fast-paced warehouse, with daily opportunities to impact production flow and customer satisfaction.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of warehouse experience, familiarity with ERP systems (IFS preferred), and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Forklift certification is a plus. The role offers a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule and growth within a global company.
Qualifications
- 1 year of warehouse experience or equivalent.
- ERP System experience, IFS preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft suite applications.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to multi-task and remain organized.
- High school diploma preferred.
- Forklift certification preferred but not required.
- International shipping experience and/or certifications.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pull daily shop orders and assemble production kits.
- Stage kits on the production floor according to the assembly schedule.
- Assist in pulling customer orders for timely shipping and delivery.
- Stock inbound received parts and package completed assemblies.
- Conduct weekly inventory counts to maintain accurate records.
