Job summary

National Carwash Solutions in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Material Handler to help ensure orderly production and distribution of products. You will pull orders, deliver materials, and stage finished goods, supporting smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include loading and unloading parts, performing forklift inspections, restocking inventory, cycle counts, and preparing shipments with accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift driving experience (1+ year) in a manufacturing environment.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to interact well with customers, vendors, and fellow employees.
• MRP system and scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to work assigned hours plus overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe forklift driving record.
• Load/unload NCS parts and materials throughout the factory.
• Complete forklift inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Use replenishment reports to restock bins in the warehouse.
• Follow a cycle count program to keep inventory accurate.
• Pick, pack, audit and ship materials; match shipment paperwork.
• Post transactions when moving product and maintain inventory levels.
• Assist with organization and housekeeping of the facility.
• Comply with OSHA, EPA, DOT and company safety policies.
