Shifts include 1st shift Tue-Fri, 2nd shift Mon-Thu, and Weekend shift. Starting pay is $19.00/hr with a $0.75 shift differential. Pay range shown is $19.00–$27.55/hr, plus full Kohl’s benefits for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English to understand training and instructions.
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Adept at handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to cross-train in at least two departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive, pick, pack, and ship merchandise including returns.
• Input data to generate reports.
• Provide high-quality service to vendors, associates, and locations.
• Follow safety rules and report violations to supervisors.
• Adhere to company policies, accuracy, and productivity standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and appropriate dress code.
• Be flexible to work designated shifts and overtime as needed.
