Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a Material Handler in the United States to support merchandise movement, packing, shipping and receiving with a strong emphasis on accuracy and safety. The role requires cross-training in multiple departments and reliable attendance, with full-time shifts available.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential for eligible shifts. This position offers full-time hours and opportunities to grow within Kohl's logistics network.

Qualifications

• English proficiency to understand and follow safety and operating rules.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to multitask across multiple functions.
• Willingness to complete training and cross-train in at least 2 departments.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process merchandise, including picking, packing, preparing, shipping orders and returns and loading/unloading trailers.
• Input data to prepare reports.
• Provide high-quality internal and external customer service to resolve disputes and review compliance.
• Follow safety rules and report potential violations to supervisors.
• Comply with company policies, standards and productivity guidelines.
• Maintain attendance and adhere to dress code requirements.
• Maintain flexible schedule and overtime as needed.
