Job summary

McKesson is seeking dynamic warehouse associates for full‑time night and evening shifts at our Texas distribution center. The base pay starts at $20.60/hr with potential increases to $21.78/hr in the first year, plus incentive pay up to about $1.75/hr for top performers.

You will handle order fulfillment and contribute to a high‑paced, safety‑driven environment. Entry level experience is acceptable; expect to walk up to 10 miles per shift and lift 20–50 lbs repeatedly.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high‑paced and professional work environment.

• Full time: Sunday 5:00 pm start until completion
• Monday - Thursday 7:00 pm start until completion
• Base pay rate starting at $20.60 for night shifts. Rate increasing up to $21.78/hr in the first 12 months!
• Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

What You’ll Do

• Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

What You’ll Need

• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift)
• Ability to lift 20 to 50lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product)
