Job summary

McKesson Distribution Center in the United States is hiring warehouse associates. The role offers full-time night shifts with base pay starting at $20.60 per hour, rising to $21.78 in the first year, plus incentive pay for top performers.

You will learn to operate power industrial equipment and automation while keeping accurate order fulfillment, and you may earn wellbeing and health benefits. We value safety, reliability, and continuous learning as you support pharmaceutical product

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following shifts available:

Fulltime:
Sunday 5:00 pm start until completion, Monday - Thursday 7:00 pm start until completion

Base pay rate starting at $20.60 for night shifts. Rate increasing up to $21.78/hr in the first 12 months!

Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

What You'll Do

Keep Your Edge: Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life-changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

Always Learning: We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.
