McKesson’s Distribution Center in Memphis is hiring part-time warehouse associates. You will help move life-changing healthcare products, ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment, and work in a high-paced, professional environment.

Starting pay is $18.90 per hour with raises up to $19.97 within 12 months. Incentive pay can push earnings higher, rewarding top performers up to about $1.75 extra per hour.

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to work for a company that has the rare mix of a fun yet high-paced and professional work environment.

We currently have the following shifts open: Part time: Monday, Thursday, Friday 1:00pm start until completion, starting pay rate of $18.90/hr for afternoon shifts. Base pay rate increasing up to $19.97 in the first 12 months! Material Handlers eligible to participate in a company incentive plan can earn even more money! Amounts are based on performance, with top performers earning up to about $1.75/hour in incentive pay.

What You’ll Do

• Stay on top of your game during your shift by moving efficiently to ensure that life‑changing products are shipped quickly and accurately through effective order fulfillment management.

• Always Learning: We offer on the job training to certify you in driving our power industrial equipment, specialized processes and certify you to operate our advanced automation.
