McKesson Distribution Center is seeking dynamic warehouse associates for evening shifts in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on accurate order fulfillment, moving products efficiently, and contributing to timely shipments.

Compensation starts at $22.25 per hour with potential increases to $23.52 in the first year and additional incentive pay based on performance. Benefits include wellbeing rewards and on-the-job training for equipment operation.

• Entry level experience.
• Able to walk up to 10 miles throughout the course of a shift (steps vary per shift).
• Ability to lift 20 to 50 lbs repetitively throughout the course of a shift without assistance (weight varies based on product).

Job Summary

Our Distribution Center is looking for dynamic and motivated warehouse associates to join our team.

Schedule and Pay

• Full time: Sunday 4:30 pm - 1:00 am, Monday - Thursday 5:30 pm - 2:00 am, or until completion.
• Pay rate starting at $22.25/hr, increasing to $23.52/hr in the first 12 months.
• Material Handlers may earn additional incentive pay of up to about $1.75/hour based on performance.
• In addition to base salary, you may be eligible to earn additional compensation, such as incentive pay that rewards individual and/or team performance!
