Job summary

Essity North America Inc. in Dover, Delaware, is seeking a Material Handler for the Forming Dept. to support production by moving raw materials and finished goods, performing cycles counts, and keeping a safe, organized warehouse.

The 2nd shift (2:30 PM–11:00 PM, Mon–Fri) offers starting pay of $16.41 per hour plus competitive benefits, with opportunities for higher pay based on experience and qualifications. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience preferred in a warehouse or material handling.
• Basic mathematics and literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Perform order picking, receiving, storing, and replenishing stock.
• Supply materials to production lines in a timely manner.
• Maintain a safe, organized warehouse in compliance with standards.
• Perform cycle counts and document activities.
• Operate forklift and other logistics equipment as needed.
• Keep documentation during unload, storage, and cycle counts.
