Qualifications include a high school diploma, 1-2 years material handling experience, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a commitment to safety. The role requires English proficiency and overtime availability.

• 1–2 years material handling experience and lift operation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without assistance.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate 5k, 7k and 10k forklifts and a lull telehandler to move parts between departments.
• Utilize overhead cranes, rigging and attachments to handle large components.
• Load/unload semis and trailers; verify counts, IDs, weights and packing against orders.
• Stage outbound shipments by destination and carrier; follow carrier and packaging requirements.
• Perform pre-shift equipment inspections and report defects.
• Maintain clean, organized loading/unloading areas and safe storage zones.
• Adhere to safety procedures and PPE requirements; support on-time production flow.
