Job summary

The position offers a temp-to-hire pathway to full-time employment after 600 hours. You will learn to drive two types of lift trucks, operate pallet jacks, unload materials, read production schedules, and maintain secondary area supplies.

Qualifications

• Temp-to-hire opportunity with pathway to permanent employment after 600 hours.
• Operate lift trucks and pallet jacks to move raw materials.
• Read production schedules and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Identify defects in raw materials and report appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain secondary operations by staging supplies and removing recyclables.
• Unload raw materials using FIFO processes and stage materials.
• Load and transport boxes, bags, barrels, and crates to support production.
• Operate and clean bailers, shredders, and trash receptacles.
• Other duties as assigned.
