Irby Utilities is seeking a Material Handler in West Valley City, UT. You will load, unload, and move materials, use RF devices for orders, and operate forklifts or related equipment to ensure accurate packing and shipping of customer orders.

The role emphasizes inventory accuracy, safety adherence, and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training and development opportunities are available within a vibrant logistics team.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and communicate proficiently in English to perform essential functions.
• Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push packages that weigh up to 50lbs.
• Attention to detail and good time management skills.
• Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and move materials independently.
• Use RF devices to fill orders and issue materials per requests.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies.
• Pack and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Champion effective inventory management practices.
• Adhere to and promote safety and security policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate reliability while maintaining a safe, clean work environment.
