Job summary

Generac Power Systems Inc. is seeking Material Handlers to support production through safe material handling, forklift operation, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Shifts run 3:00pm–1:00am Monday through Thursday with pay rates of $18.10/hour plus a $2.50 shift premium for Entry, $20.10/hour plus a $2.50 shift premium for higher levels. Opportunities exist across three material handler levels with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Operate or learn to operate material handling equipment.
• Communicate effectively with supervisor and team.
• Read and understand work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Material Handler I: operate material handling equipment, support production, and follow safety guidelines.
• Material Handler II: assist and lead portions of continuous improvements and cross-functional collaboration.
• Material Handler III: train new employees and lead problem solving to improve safety, quality and delivery.
