Job summary

Generac in Wisconsin is seeking a Material Handler I/II/III to support production by picking warehouse parts and delivering them to assembly areas. You will work with production lines to maximize utilization of people, materials and equipment to meet customer demand and ensure safety, quality, CI, and productivity standards.

The role progresses from I to III with increasing responsibility, including forklift operation, ERP data entry, and coaching/leading teams.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic PC knowledge
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities

• Pick warehouse parts and deliver to assembly areas
• Work with production lines to maximize utilization of people, materials, and equipment
• Follow company procedures, processes and policies
• Participate in 5S programs and maintain safety, quality, CI and productivity
• Operate forklift and other equipment per procedure
• Enter/maintain materials in the ERP system
• Maintain good attendance
