Job summary

Generac Power Systems is seeking a Material Handler I-III to support production through effective material handling. Responsibilities include picking parts, delivering to assembly, and maintaining accurate ERP records with a focus on safety and quality.

Overtime and shift premium accompany a 2:30pm-10:30pm schedule, with travel between Wisconsin facilities as needed. Ideal candidates have 0–5 years of related experience, strong teamwork, and basic PC skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic PC skills and ability to learn ERP entry.
• Forklift operation experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Pick and deliver warehouse parts to assembly areas to support production.
• Follow Safety, Quality, CI, and Productivity standards and participate in 5S.
• Operate forklift and other equipment to transport materials as needed.
• Enter and maintain material records in the ERP system.
• Maintain good attendance and cooperate with team leads and supervisors.
