Job summary

Rockline Industries in Sheboygan Falls, WI is hiring a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to load and unload trailers, move raw materials and finished goods, and pull internal shopping lists as needed. This role requires standing for long periods, safe forklift operation, and accuracy in documentation.

You'll work a rotating 3rd shift (5:00 PM–5:00 AM) with a starting pay of $23.00 per hour plus a $2.00 per hour shift premium, and opportunity to earn up to $27.65 per hour through additional

Job description

The Material Handler/Forklift Operator position is responsible for operating a forklift to help load and unload trailers, haul finished goods and raw materials, and pull internal shopping lists when necessary. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety conscious environment.

The Basics

• Position: Material Handler/Forklift Operator
• Location: N5252 Co Rd TT, Sheboygan Falls, WI
• Shift: Rotating 3rd Shift; 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule 5:00PM - 5:00AM
• Pay: Starting rate: $23.00 per hour
• Includes a $2.00 per hour shift premium!
• Make up to $27.65 per hour through additional training!
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You'll Do

• Work in a fastpaced warehousing environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, get on and off your forklift consistently & safely, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Accurately complete required documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend dock meetings for team & company communications.
• Product Security Sensitive – As a product sourcing facility our customers require Rockline to possess security standards and procedures to guard against the introduction of unmanifested cargo, such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons and people into outbound shipments. This position has contact or influence over these "outbound" shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
• This position is designated as a Safety-Sensitive (A safety-sensitive position is one in which the associate's inability or impaired ability to perform their job-related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate's safety or the safety of others).
