Job summary

Rockline Industries in Sheboygan Falls, WI is hiring a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to load/unload trailers, move raw materials and finished goods, and pull internal lists. The role requires a safety-conscious approach in a clean warehouse environment.

Shift is rotating 3rd with 5:00 PM–5:00 AM; pay starts at $23.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift premium and opportunities to earn up to $27.65 with additional training. This is a non-exempt position.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Physical examination and pre-employment drug screen will be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift to load/unload trailers and move materials.
• Pull internal shopping lists and assist with material handling tasks.
• Maintain a clean, safe and compliant work environment following PPE and GMP guidelines.
• Accurately complete required documentation and handle basic equipment troubleshooting.

The Material Handler/Forklift Operator position is responsible for operating a forklift to help load and unload trailers, haul finished goods and raw materials, and pull internal shopping lists when necessary. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety conscious environment.

Shift: Rotating 3rd Shift; 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule 5:00PM - 5:00AM
SUN MON TUES WED THURS FRI SAT WEEK 1 X X X X WEEK 2 X X X
Pay: Starting rate: $23.00 per hour

• Includes a $2.00 per hour shift premium!
• Make up to $27.65 per hour through additional training!

What You’ll Do

• Work in a fast‑paced warehousing environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, get on and off your forklift consistently & safely, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Accurately complete required documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend dock meetings for team & company communications.
• Product Security Sensitive – As a product sourcing facility our customers require Rockline to possess security standards and procedures to guard against the introduction of unmanifested cargo, such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons and people into outbound shipments. This position has contact or influence over these “outbound” shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
• This position is designated as a Safety‑Sensitive (A safety-sensitive position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job‑related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others).
