Job summary

Rockline Industries in Sheboygan Falls, WI, seeks a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to operate a forklift in a fast-paced warehouse, load/unload trailers, and manage daily material movement. The role requires standing, frequent bending, reaching, gripping, and safe operation of equipment.

You will complete required documentation and follow GMP and PPE guidelines. A non-exempt, safety‑sensitive position with career growth opportunities.

• Support product security and safety-sensitive procedures in outbound shipments.

Description: The Material Handler/Forklift Operator position is responsible for operating a forklift to help load and unload trailers, haul finished goods and raw materials, and pull internal shopping lists when necessary. This position works in a clean, consistent and safety conscious environment.

The Basics

Position: - Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Location: - N5252 Co Rd TT, Sheboygan Falls, WI

Shift: - 2nd-Shift; Monday - Friday 2:00PM - 10:00PM

Pay: - Starting rate:$22.00 per hour

• Includes a $1.00 per hour shift premium!
• Make up to $26.65 per hour through additional training! - $3,000 Retention Bonus available for this position!
• Payouts at 90,160 & 365 days of employment.
• FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.

What You’ll Do

• Work in a fast‑paced warehousing environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, get on and off your forklift consistently & safely, bend, reach, grab and twist.
• Accurately complete required documentation.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes as needed.
• Follow PPE & GMP guidelines to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
• Attend dock meetings for team & company communications.
• Product Security Sensitive – As a product sourcing facility our customers require Rockline to possess security standards and procedures to guard against the introduction of unmanifested cargo, such as illegal drugs, explosives, weapons and people into outbound shipments. This position has contact or influence over these “outbound” shipments and is considered Product Security Sensitive.
• This position is designated as a Safety‑Sensitive (A safety‑sensitive position is one in which the associate’s inability or impaired ability to perform their job‑related tasks could result in a direct threat to the associate’s safety or the safety of others).
