*Night Shift Rotating 2/2/3 Schedule*

*Shift Hours: 5:00pm - 5:30am*

How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:

1. Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers using proper safety procedures.
2. Load trailers with outbound product in the proper sequence utilizing the first in first out rotation basis.
3. Ensure accurate product counts are recorded prior to any movement into or out of inventory.
4. Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
5. Safely operate production equipment, including but not limited to pallet wrappers, pallet dispensers, and powered industrial trucks.
6. Verify that codes and products match pallet tags.
7. Inspect machinery to determine the need for repairs and perform regular maintenance to guarantee safety.
8. Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
9. Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
10. Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities.

You Are Best Suited For The Role If You Have The Following Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Understanding of warehouse/production management systems.
3. Knowledge of food manufacturing standards (e.g., SQF, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
4. Strong math and technical skills, with the ability to operate equipment controls and touch panels.
5. Successful completion of background check.
6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
7. Proven work history and good attendance.
8. Experience as a forklift operator.
9. Attention to detail.

Physical Demands:

1. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, temperature variations, and physical activity such as standing, walking, bending, and climbing stairs.
2. Handling chemicals with proper PPE and procedures.
3. Lifting up to 50 lbs frequently.
4. Shift flexibility, including days, nights, weekends, and support during plant downtime or audits.
5. Work up to 12 hours per day.

Hourly Rate:

Starting at $22.59, with increases up to $24.84. Night-time shift differential applies.
