Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret operating instructions and manuals.
• Must communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken.
• Must obtain forklift operator license within 90 days of hire/transfer.

Responsibilities

• Operate process lines and other equipment; perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Measure product quality properties and input data into SAP.
• Assist Line Leads/Area Leader with mechanical repairs and equipment changeovers.
• Make adjustments to lines to ensure product quality; assist other operators as needed.
• Notify leadership of equipment or process problems promptly.
