Job summary

Randstad USA seeks a warehouse associate to safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks, moving pallets and lubricants in a warehouse environment.

This entry-level role requires High School education and up to 1 year of experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, AD&D, life insurance, disability, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year warehouse experience.
• Entry-level position with opportunity for growth.
• Education: High School or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Safe Operation: Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks to transport pallets, drums, totes, and containers of lubricants throughout the warehouse.
• Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Unload incoming raw materials and load outbound freight (LTL/TL) following shipping orders and manifests.
• Inventory Control: Stage materials for production, conduct accurate physical cycle counts, and report discrepancies to inventory management.
• Storage & Handling: Safely store liquid lubricants, chemicals, and industrial containers in designated rack and bay locations following safety compliance standards.
• Equipment & Safety Maintenance: Conduct daily pre-shift inspections on material handling equipment and maintain proper house-keeping (5S standard) in designated work areas.
