Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Operation: Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve heavy materials across the facility.
• Loading & Unloading: Load and unload inbound/outbound freight trucks, verifying cargo against shipping orders and packing lists.
• Safety Inspections: Perform daily pre‑shift inspections on equipment (brakes, hydraulics, fluid levels) and report any maintenance issues immediately.
• Inventory Staging: Transport raw materials to production lines and place finished goods into designated warehouse rack locations.
• Workplace Safety: Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, speed limits, load limits, and pedestrian right‑of‑way rules to maintain a safe environment.
• Active Forklift Certification (preferred or ability to pass on‑site certification).
• 1+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a active warehouse environment.

salary: $38,000 - $45,000 per year
