Job summary

Elevate is seeking a Material Handler to support building envelope production in Mt. Joy, PA. You will operate packaging equipment, run forklifts, and maintain the packaging area while replenishing raw materials.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 7am–3:30pm, with a pay rate of $33.45 per hour. Responsibilities include cycle counts, pallet building, documentation, and strict adherence to health, safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1–2 year vocational training / associate degree preferred.
• Must be forklift certified.
• Experience using regular forklifts, roofing forks and carpet pole lifts.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and work in indoor, dusty environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control packaging equipment.
• Provide forklift support to operations.
• Maintain packaging area and replenish raw materials.
• Unload raw materials from trucks and build pallets.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE as required.
• Complete production paperwork and verify daily production.
