Base pay range

$21.50/hr - $23.00/hr

Job Description

We're seeking a safety-conscious experienced forklift operator to move products, equipment, and materials in warehouse, yard, or factory.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving forklift to push, lift, tack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse, yard, or factory with minimal supervision.
• Reading work orders and following instructions to move materials, loading/unloading pallets, racks, and shelves.
• Loading materials into vehicles and securing loads.
• Transporting materials to and from storage and work areas using lift trucks or other devices.
• Weighing materials or products and recording data.
• Performing basic maintenance on forklifts, such as fueling, battery changes, and lubrication.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Maintaining records and keeping the forklift clean.
• Following all safety and operational instructions.
• Additional duties as assigned, including inventory management and waste disposal.

Schedule

Currently seeking 2nd shift candidates:

• 1st shift: 5:00AM - 3:30PM, Monday to Thursday
• 2nd shift: 3:00PM - 1:30AM, Monday to Thursday, with $1.00/hr premium
• Weekend Day: 5:00AM - 5:00PM, Friday to Sunday, with $3/hr premium
• Weekend Night: 5:00PM - 5:00AM, Friday to Sunday, with $4.50/hr premium

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience with forklift operation in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification
• Availability for open shifts and overtime
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP software such as Global Shop Solutions
