This position works out of our Tipp City, OH location in the Abbott Nutrition division. Our Nutrition business develops science-based nutrition products for people of all ages, from helping babies and children grow to keeping adult bodies strong and active. What You'll Work On
  1. Implement and maintain the effectiveness of the quality system.
  2. Use Cambar radio frequency inventory system to store, pick, or assemble finished products for shipment.
  3. Understand and properly utilize ship orders, warehouse paperwork, and RF terminals for shipping/receiving finished products.
  4. Maintain proper FIFO flow of finished products, including operation of a forklift with a push-pull attachment.
  5. Store, pick, or assemble raw materials, verifying commodity number, quantity, release status, and lot number.
  6. Check materials against packaging lists, invoices, freight bills, or other documentation for accuracy and conformity.
  7. Deliver materials to production lines timely, maintaining FIFO flow of raw materials, with knowledge of raw materials and product nomenclature.
  8. Clean raw material and finished goods warehouse areas.
  9. Stage labels on mobile security carts for production lines.
  10. Complete label control work order tasks.
  11. Maintain accurate records and reconcile inventory errors.
Shift

Hours for this role are 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, Monday through Friday.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience with sit-down forklifts.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of technical college computer operations courses.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards for infant formula and nutritionals.
  • Ability to make decisions based on operational awareness.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and troubleshooting skills.
