Job summary

Autokiniton in Grand Ledge, MI is seeking a Full-Time Operations Associate to operate powered industrial trucks, unload and stack materials, and support warehouse activities. You will perform safety checks, maintain tagging accuracy, and help with continuous improvement initiatives while keeping work areas clean and orderly.

The role requires a strong attendance and safety record and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Must maintain excellent attendance and safety records.
• Strong communication with team is essential.
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operates Powered Industrial Truck safely and efficiently per MIOSHA and company standards.
• Unloads and stacks material by raising and lowering lifting device.
• Loads and unloads racks and/or containers onto trucks.
• Inventories materials on the work floor.
• Weighs material/products and records weight on tags/labels/production schedules.
• Loads/unloads materials onto/off pallets, skids or lifting devices.
• Lubricates the truck, recharges batteries, fills fuel tank or replaces liquefied gas tank.
• Ensures correct tagging on containers prior to moving.
• Keeps work areas clean and orderly and participates in continuous improvement.
