Job summary

Magna Exteriors seeks an experienced Material Handler to support receiving, storage, and flow of raw materials and finished goods. You will operate hi-lo forklifts and other material handling equipment, maintain high inventory accuracy, and use QAD, tablets, and handheld scanners to execute tasks across Receiving, Shipping, and Floor areas.

You will follow safety procedures, align with production schedules, and collaborate with the operations team to ensure on-time delivery while advancing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in material handling preferred.
• Must complete approved lift truck training and pass retraining every 3 years.
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Receive, check, handle, store, and prepare raw materials and finished goods for shipment.
• Operate hi-lo forklifts and other material handling equipment; report malfunctions.
• Maintain 98+% inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counting.
• Use QAD, tablets and handheld scanners for operational tasks.
• Coordinate with shipping/receiving to meet delivery requirements.
• Follow safety procedures and production schedules to keep materials flowing.
