Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Advanced Materials Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Material Handler to support logistics and production operations.

You will help move, store, and prepare materials, supplies, and finished goods, while ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient material flow throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented, with capacity to support loading/unloading, forklift operation, and routine maintenance awareness.

Qualifications

• Forklift operation is required.
• Windows proficiency required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Inventory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Driving record in good standing.
• Experience driving flatbed truck/sprinter delivery van preferred.

Responsibilities

• Issuing, returning, and salvaging for seven departments.
• Move materials throughout the plant, including dreher chips, planer fluff, and scrap cages.
• Prepare pallets to ship and for storage.
• Manage and prepare items for recycling.
• Conduct cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Complete self-audits and safety checks.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Operate forklift.
• Deliver to and from warehouse using company vehicles.
• Maintain supplies of skids, cardboard, and packaging.
