Job summary

Mitsubishi Chemical Group in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Material Handler to support logistics and production by moving, storing, and preparing materials, supplies, and finished goods. You will help maintain inventory accuracy, support shipping/receiving, and ensure a clean, safe work area consistent with KAITEKI values.

The role requires forklift operation, Windows proficiency, and a high school diploma or GED. Prior inventory and delivery driving experience are preferred, with a starting hourly rate

Qualifications

• Forklift operation capabilities are required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Candidate should have a reliable attendance record and driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Issue, return, and salvage materials for seven departments.
• Move materials throughout the plant, including pallets, scrap, and packaging.
• Prepare pallets for shipment and storage; manage recycling tasks.
• Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and conduct self-audits.
• Load and unload deliveries; operate forklifts and company vehicles.
• Maintain housekeeping and ensure safety during operations.
