Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Handler to maintain forklift licenses, manage inventory accuracy, and support timely material flow. You will work under a production schedule to minimize downtime and assist operations with moving materials and keeping records up to date.

The role requires basic education, reliability, and strong communication. A focus on safety and process improvements is essential, with potential for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain forklift/stand-up license and daily maintenance logs.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through transfers and cycle counts.
• Plan and order materials to match operations schedule.
• Supply POU materials to avoid production downtime.
• Identify damaged materials and scrap non-conformities.
• Move materials using pallet jacks, forklifts, and related equipment.
• Communicate shortages and assist operators as needed.
• Support safety and 5S initiatives and complete administrative tasks.
