Job summary

Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Material Handler in Landisville, PA to support material flow and inventory accuracy on site. The role involves loading, stocking, and inspecting materials, using forklift equipment, and maintaining orderly inventory in coordination with operations schedules.

The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or GED with forklift certification, have 1–2 years related experience, and be comfortable lifting 40+ pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 1–2 years related experience.
• Valid forklift license required.
• Physical ability to lift 40+ pounds and climb ladders.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and barcode scanners.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Order, fill, kit, stock, load, and inspect materials accurately while maintaining inventory records.
• Transport materials using appropriate equipment and organize materials per schedule.
• Identify damaged materials and shortages and communicate issues.
• Assist with physical inventory and quality improvement efforts.
• Maintain safety standards and complete required administrative tasks.
