Job summary

The Aebi Schmidt Group is seeking a Material Handler in Landisville, PA. This regular full-time hourly role involves accurately ordering, stocking, loading, and inspecting materials while maintaining precise inventory records.

You will operate material transport equipment and help with inventory, quality improvements, and heavy-object handling. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED with 1-2 years related experience and a valid forklift license, plus the ability to lift 40+ pounds,

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED with 1-2 years related experience and valid forklift license.
Physical ability to lift 40+ pounds, climb 20-foot ladders, and overtime on short notice.
Working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems, barcode scanners, and line set practices.
Strong attention to detail with ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with computer proficiency (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

Order, fill, kit, stock, load, and inspect materials with accurate inventory records.
Transport materials using equipment and organize line sets per schedule.
Identify damaged materials, communicate issues, and follow handling procedures.
Assist with physical inventory, quality improvement, and operator assistance with heavy objects.
Maintain safety standards, housekeeping, and complete administrative tasks.
