Job summary

Lippert in Goshen, IN is seeking a production helper to support the flow of production on a full-time, hourly basis. You will assist with material movement, ensure parts meet specs, and help maintain inventory while following safety rules.

You'll join a team that values collaboration, offers comprehensive benefits, and room for development. Typical hours are Mon-Thurs 6am-4:30pm; a high school diploma is preferred and you must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing/assembly is preferred.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Observe all safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain inventory of materials.
• Move raw materials through installation area.
• Ensure parts meet size and dimension specs for chassis.
• Ensure adequate parts supply at each processing station.
• Move completed parts to shipping area.
• Assist with repairs as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas.
