Job summary

Dover Corp is seeking a Material Handler II to join our Richmond, VA operation. You will load and unload materials, manage inbound/outbound shipments, and support production by ordering materials via ERP.

The role requires safe forklift operation, accurate paperwork handling, and adherence to inventory controls. Qualifying candidates typically have a high school diploma and forklift experience, with preference for 2+ years in a warehouse setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years forklift experience preferred.
• 2+ years experience pulling orders in a warehouse environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read sales orders and instructions to determine materials to move.
• Receive, unpack, inspect, and route incoming shipments and coordinate with shippers.
• Order materials via ERP for production lines and prepare items for shipment or storage.
• Operate forklift/electric hoist to load/unload materials and move goods.
• Attach tags, track inventory, and perform cycle counts as directed.
