Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Warehouse/Materials Handler to support manufacturing operations by moving, staging, and delivering materials according to production needs. You will manage inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, and coordinate with multiple teams to maintain smooth material flow.

This role requires operating forklifts and related equipment, following safety procedures, and adapting to night or weekend shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in manufacturing, shipping, receiving, logistics or warehousing.
• Active OSHA 10-hour certification. Willing to pursue if needed.
• Ability to operate forklifts, telehandlers, skid steers and related equipment safely.
• CDL and certifications as applicable to operating equipment and travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and deliver raw materials, components, supplies, WIP, and finished goods.
• Review orders and BOMs to pick and deliver correct materials and quantities.
• Remove finished goods and waste materials to storage or shipping areas.
• Operate material handling equipment safely (forklifts, pallet jacks, carts).
• Coordinate with planning, purchasing, quality, and shipping to prioritize material movement.
• Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect materials and escalate as needed.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, locations, and record transactions in systems.
• Pack, label, and stage materials for production or outbound shipment.
