Job summary

Majestic is hiring for a Loader in our Ohio service center. You will operate lift trucks to move material, rotate stock, and stage items, ensuring accuracy of counts and safe handling. The role requires attention to safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures.

Qualifications include minimal manufacturing/warehouse experience and at least a High School Diploma. Experience with heavy lift trucks is a plus; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying temperatures is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for team coordination.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

Job description

• Pay: Starting rate is $18.00/ hour; could be eligible for more based on experience; 10% shift differential
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, with overtime as required

What You Will Do as a Loader:

• Move Material: Operate lift trucks to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials within the service center, review product counts to ensure accuracy
• Maintain Safety: Perform daily lift truck inspections, move up and down from lift truck, and report any equipment issues
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with team to meet goals, contribute to housekeeping procedures, and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required, truck loading experience is a plus, heavy forklift operation preferred.
• Skills:Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes & procedures, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions

What Makes You Stand Out:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• One (1) year of lift truck operation experience
• Lift truck experience handling heavy loads (10,000 pounds or more)
