Job summary

Majestic Steel USA, Inc. is looking for a Loader to operate a lift truck in our Bedford Heights service center. You will move, rotate, and stage materials, verify counts, and assist teammates to keep material flow smooth and accurate.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 2:00 pm–10:00 pm with overtime as needed. Starting rate is $18.00/hour plus a 10% shift differential and full benefits included.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of lift truck operation experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

What You Will Do as a Loader:

• Move Material: Operate lift trucks to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials within the service center, review product counts to ensure accuracy
• Maintain Safety: Perform daily lift truck inspections, move up and down from lift truck, and report any equipment issues
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with team to meet goals, contribute to housekeeping procedures, and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required, truck loading experience is a plus, heavy forklift operation preferred.
• Skills:Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes & procedures, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions

What Makes You Stand Out:
