Job summary

Majestic is seeking a Loader to join the warehouse team in Bedford Heights, OH. You will operate lift trucks to move materials, ensure accurate counts, and support daily shift operations from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

Minimal manufacturing/warehouse experience is required; forklift experience is a plus. A high school diploma or equivalent is expected, with strong attention to detail and team collaboration. Benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required; truck loading experience is a plus; heavy forklift operation preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes & procedures, and effective communication skills.
• Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, walk, climb and bend, and work in hot or cold conditions.

Responsibilities

• Move materials and operate lift trucks to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials; review product counts for accuracy.
• Maintain safety with daily lift truck inspections and report any equipment issues.
• Support team efforts by collaborating to meet goals, assist with housekeeping, and perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

• Pay: Starting rate is $18.00/ hour; could be eligible for more based on experience; 10% shift differential
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm, with overtime as required

What You Will Do as a Loader:

• Move Material: Operate lift trucks to transport, store, rotate, and stage materials within the service center, review product counts to ensure accuracy
• Maintain Safety: Perform daily lift truck inspections, move up and down from lift truck, and report any equipment issues
• Support Team Efforts: Work collaboratively with team to meet goals, contribute to housekeeping procedures, and complete additional job-related responsibilities as assigned

Who We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimal manufacturing and/or warehouse experience is required, truck loading experience is a plus, heavy forklift operation preferred.
• Skills:Strong attention to detail, ability to follow processes & procedures, and effective communication skills.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds, mount & dismount equipment, capable of walking, climbing and bending for periods of time, and be comfortable working in hot and cold atmospheres depending on weather conditions

What Makes You Stand Out:
